The Harvester - DYO Villain

The Harvester was a patient from Hope Garden Asylum, where inmates also participated in gardening as therapy. During his time in the asylum, he and other inmates were experimented on their minds by the government for the Mind Soldier project.
The Harvester can implant thoughts on people. However, that guy was crazed before the experiments that turned him more insane and unlocked his mental powers. So his mind is unhealthy, his disturbing thoughts and damaged mind slowly starts devouring the unconscious of the people that his mental power reaches.
The Mind Soldier project was discontinued and the asylum closed, however The Harvester and the dead or damaged bodies of the other inmates were still there. He took over the asylum and claimed the place as his own garden, and planted the heads of his former patients dead or alive in the garden of the madhouse.
