“The whistler”

She is a woman from an old, ruined noble house who lost her sight. Because of this, everyone rejected her for marriage. Her mother aged faster than normal due to her husband's preoccupation with the war and the responsibility of both her daughter and running the state. Her father died in a war. After several raids, the daughter, who had learned to hide, went out to defend her elderly mother with only a hoe. Farming was easy for “the whistler” because she memorised steps, mainly the footprints on the leaves, and was guided by auditory senses such as whistles. When, by fate, she managed to defeat the attackers, she stole their weapons and armour, practising fighting on her own despite her blindness. Over time, her mother died, but she was never able to leave her home. It was too high a place. It soon became a ruin and a refuge of sorts, as “the whistler” helped some lost women trying to escape from marriage, and helped the fighter with some of her needs, also spreading the story that there is a monster and it is best not to approach it.

Cuando, por caprichos del destino, logró derrotar a los atacantes, robó sus armas y armaduras, practicando la lucha por su cuenta a pesar de su ceguera. Con el tiempo, su madre murió, pero ella nunca pudo salir de su hogar. Era un lugar demasiado alto. Pronto se convirtió en una ruina y un refugio de algún tipo, ya que “la silbante” ayudó a algunas mujeres perdidas que intentaban escapar del matrimonio, y ayudó al luchador con algunas de sus necesidades, difundiendo también la historia de que hay un monstruo y es mejor no acercarse a él.
